In order to take advantage of coupons and promotions, it is important that you take into account the following requirements.
Conditions of use
- Coupons and promotions sent may only be used by the users to whom they are addressed.
- Coupons and promotions will only be applicable to a single reservation.
- The reservation must be made as a registered user, and with the same account as the recipient of the coupon or promotion.
- Coupons and promotions may be subject to requirements in terms of prior conditions as a customer and minimum booking conditions, which will be detailed in each case in the communications sent.
- Coupons and promotions may not be applied to bookings whose check-in and check-out dates fall within the exclusion periods.
Exclusion periods
Coupons and promotions will not be applicable if your bookings are made within the exclusion periods detailed below. During these periods, discounts and gifts offered on your bookings cannot be applied.
- Christmas period: from 20 December 2024 to 6 January 2025.
- Easter: 10 to 24 April 2025.
- The May Day long weekend: from 1 to 4 May 2025
- Second Easter: 6 to 9 June 2025.
- Local holiday in Barcelona: from 20 to 24 June 2025.
- Summer period: from 11 July to 14 September 2025.
- Constitution long weekend: from 5 to 9 December 2025.
- Christmas period: from 19 December 2025 to 7 January 2026.
