What is the Express service?
Our Express parking service is the cheapest and quickest way to get to the terminal. You just drive to our car park located 5 minutes from the airport and, once parked, catch one of our shuttle buses which will immediately transfer you to the departure terminal, right in front of the boarding area. On your return, you go to our shuttle stop located in car park G and our shuttle bus will take you back to our car park where you can collect your vehicle. You will receive detailed information in your booking confirmation about the location of our airport shuttle stops. -
What services are available for my car?
Take advantage of the fact you are travelling and enjoy all kinds of maintenance services: your car’s official annual inspection, replacement of oils, fluids, lubricants, replacement of filters, brake pads, brake discs, battery replacement, wiper blade replacement, and we even get your ITV done without you having to worry. You can easily select them during the booking process on our website. If we don’t have the service you are looking for, don’t hesitate to get in touch! -
How does the fast lane work?
Our fast lane lets you enter and exit our car park even faster and automatically, without going through the ticket office. To enter, you just need to scan the barcode that we send you in your booking confirmation email or which you will find in our app. To exit, you will need to pay for your stay in order to generate the exit barcode. You can pay for your stay through our app if you use it or via the link in the text message that you will receive on your mobile 2 hours before your scheduled departure time. You must click on the link in the message, enter your payment details and, once paid, you will have 30 minutes to leave via our fast lane. It’s that easy! This service is included FREE OF CHARGE in all aparca&go Express bookings. -
Do I pay upfront?
No, you pay on your return. We accept all credit cards and cash payment for the EXPRESS service. That being said, the most convenient way is to download our app and operate, pay and enjoy your service through this. If you have points or discounts, they will be applied at the time of payment. -
How long does the shuttle bus take to get to the airport?
Our transfer service doesn’t have schedules or waiting times. As soon as a customer arrives at the stop our shuttle bus starts the journey. We have a total of 11 shuttle buses so that our transfer service is the fastest and most punctual. The journey from the car park to the terminal takes 5 minutes and unlike the official AENA car park, you don't have to go down flights of stairs, wait for lifts or cross endless passageways. -
How much does the Express service cost?
The price of our car park is up to 70% cheaper than the official AENA car park. What’s more, the more days you park, the cheaper the amount you pay per day. Example of our prices: The daily price is €8.90, which goes down to €4.90 starting from the fifth day of parking. -
My flight is delayed, cancelled or is in the early hours of the morning, how does aparca&go work?
We are open 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, so we provide a continuous service at any time of the day or night. If you are delayed the best thing to do is let us know as soon as you do so we can adapt. Since we have your flight number, if the delay occurs at the last minute we can also follow your flight and, therefore, there will always be someone from our team waiting for you in the car park. In case of cancellation, we need you to let us know the new arrival date and time via your internal user area if you are a registered customer or by contacting us if you aren’t. -
I am travelling with my pet; can they travel to the terminal with me?
Yes, as long as they are inside their carrier, just the same as if they were travelling on a train or plane. -
Where are the shuttle bus pick-up points to return to the car park when I get back from my trip?
- With aparca&go Express you don’t need to call or let us know that you have arrived. Just go to the pick-up point where there will always be an aparca&go shuttle bus waiting for you or about to arrive. In Terminal 1 the pick-up point is located in Car Park G. In Terminal 2 it is between T2B and T2C. Whatever the case, don't worry: when you book we will send you an email with all the instructions, so you won’t have any problems.

Can I leave my car keys at the car park if I book the Express service?
With the Express service you don’t need to leave your keys, unless you have booked an extra service such as Car Service, Car Wash or ITV. In the event you need to leave them in the car park, we will notify you of this change during the booking process. If you have booked a service that requires you to leave your keys, you should drop them off at the ticket office before boarding the shuttle bus. Your keys are securely guarded for the duration of your trip. On your return, your car will be fully serviced and ready for collection. -
I don’t know my flight number, the date or the day of my return. Can I book?
We understand that sometimes you may not know your return date and also, plans can change. In order to provide you with the best possible service, we need to know your arrival date and time or your flight number, so that we can correctly schedule the number of transfer vehicles that need to be operational at any given time. If you don’t know, you can choose an approximate date and day and then change it when you have the definitive information. If you are an aparca&go registered customer you have the option to change the arrival date and time as many times as necessary, via our app or website. -
It’s safe. If you have to travel, moving around in your private vehicle is the safest way to arrive at the airport or station. With the Express service, the shuttle bus which we take you on for a journey of just 5 minutes (with compulsory face covering) is disinfected with spray after each trip and thoroughly disinfected with virucide after each shift. -
What happens to the price if I go over my return time?
Our car park is a long-stay car park and charges for 24-hour periods. The price shown on your booking is calculated according to the 24-hour periods you indicated at the time of booking, but the actual amount is calculated according to the actual length of stay. The first 24-hour period begins from the actual day and time you enter the car park, when 24 hours pass, you are charged for the next 24 hours and so on until the day and time of your departure. On the last day, once the last 24-hour period has elapsed, aparca&go gives you two hours free of charge in case you are delayed. If the delay is longer than these two hours in addition to the last 24, you will be charged for another 24 hours.
