Does aparca&go offer garage services?
We work with trusted garages that we have chosen for their quality of service. While you are parked, our partner garage will come to the car park where you are parked and perform the required service, or they will take your car to the garage, if required. Of course, your car will be in the best hands and looked after at all times. When you return your car will be ready, and with a warranty included for 1 year or up to 10,000 km after having used our Car Service. -
Do you provide services in official dealerships?
We are working to ensure that customers who want to book Car Service work with official garages also have this option. That being said, we work with trusted garages, with whom we offer a 1 year or up to 10,000 km warranty after using our service. -
What maintenance services does aparca&go offer?
We offer the same services as a traditional garage but without wasting your time. We take advantage of the fact you are travelling and don’t need your vehicle to tune it up, get it serviced or even get its ITV done. -
Is my car returned disinfected?
If you have booked any Car Service or Car Wash service which involves handling the vehicle, the service always includes basic disinfection of contact areas, steering wheel, door, gear stick and handbrake, which is done on the day it’s returned to you. If required, a deeper, more thorough disinfection can be booked and carried out. -
Will I get an upfront fixed quote? Or will it change like it does with other garage services?

How can I get an invoice?
Legislation requires all mechanical services to be invoiced. During the booking process for your Car Service we will ask you for your details and we will issue the corresponding invoice once you return for your car and check that everything is correct. -
When do I pay for the Car service carried out on my car?
If there is one thing we are happy about with the creation of Car Service, it is the system we use to provide you with an upfront fixed quote, totally online, so there won't be any surprises. Chose the services you need, and you will get the quote there and then. And pay on return from the trip.
