Legal bases of the annual draw: 15 years, 15 trips 

We are raffling off 15 trips for two people with transportation and accommodation included, to celebrate 15 years of aparca&go. The draws will be monthly, starting in February 2024 and ending in January 2025, one trip per month will be drawn, which will be published through the different communication channels that the company has: newsletter and social networks. In the case of social networks, the draw will be carried out exclusively on Instagram, the rest of the channels will be for communicative use only. The winners will be selected randomly through the external platform AppSorteos.

The distribution of the draws will be as follows: 8 trips among registered users who have made at least one stay in any of the aparca&go parking, 4 trips among social network followers, 2 trips among newsletter subscribers and one among aparca&go employees.

To participate, they must be registered users and have spent at least one stay in any of the aparcac&go parkings, be subscribers to the newsletter and followers on social networks (Instagram).

The winner of each draw will be informed and contacted directly by email, in all cases, and through Instagram, if the draw is carried out through them. We will announce the winner, regardless of the channel through which the draw is carried out, through our communication channels: website, social networks (Instagram) and the newsletter, always applying the legislation of the current Data Protection Law. In our country.

You can participate in any of the 15 trips we will raffle each year, one each month. Winners have the opportunity to re-enter draws after winning the prize. Being a winner does not exclude you from being able to continue participating.

 

Raffle Rules 

1. Organizer

The organizing company is aparca&go SL (hereinafter aparca&go) with address in Sant Boi de Llobregat Ctra. Valencia Km 4.3 CIF B64932858, more information at www.aparcandgo.com aparca&go SL organizes a raffle under its responsibility and by the bases detailed below.

 

2. Requirements to participate

Only people over 18 years of age with an address in Spain (Peninsula, Canary Islands and Balearic Islands), who are registered users and who have made at least one stay in any of the company's parkings, be a subscriber to our newsletter and followers on social networks (Instagram). You must provide us with the correct email address, through which we will contact you if you are selected as a winner.

 

3. Mechanics, prize, and dates

The particular information of the draw, that is, the mechanics, the prize, and the dates of completion and communication of the winner, are indicated in the communications of each of the draws, which will take place between February 2024 and January 2025. The dates of the draw beginning and closing of each draw will be specified in the communication of each of the draws.

 

4. Election of the winner

The draw will have a winner selected at random with the AppSoteos program. The participant who meets all the requirements that have been specified previously in section 2 where the requirements for participation are specified will be considered the winner.

aparca&go will contact the winner to obtain the necessary information to manage the prize. By providing their data, the winners expressly accept the conditions of the promotions described in these participation bases.

The same person can participate as many times as they want, even if they have already won some prizes.

The draw will have one winner and 3 substitutes. If the winner does not meet the requirements, we will move on to the next one and so on.

 

5. The prize

The winners will be selected randomly through the external platform AppSorteos. The prize will be managed through aparca&go and the travel agency hired by the company.

Trips must be made between March 2024 and March 2025. Trip dates are subject to the availability of dates, flights, and accommodations.

 

6. Communication of winners

The winners will be notified by contacting us via Instagram or by email. Through this communication we will inform the winner of everything necessary for the prize to be enjoyed by the winner.

In the event that a winner cannot be contacted within 72 hours via email, the next alternate in the ranking of alternates will be contacted.

 

7. Data protection

aparca&go SL, hereinafter RESPONSIBLE, is responsible for the processing of users' personal data and informs you that these data will be processed by the provisions of current regulations on the protection of personal data, Regulation (EU) 2016/679. of April 27, 2016 (GDPR) regarding the protection of natural persons about the processing of personal data and the free circulation of this data. The winner of the draw knows and consents to aparca&go using his/her data during the duration of the draw and until the winner is announced, without ever providing information to a third party under any circumstances, during or after the duration of the draw that is being displayed on these legal bases. 8. Other rules of use

Offensive comments, insults, threats, foul language, degrading content or disqualifications towards other members of the community or our products and services, brands or human team will not be permitted. Any bad, abusive, dishonest or ill-intentioned practice will trigger a direct expulsion of the participant.

Fake profiles will not be valid in any of the communication channels described above.

 

9. Acceptance of the bases

The mere fact of participating in the contest/draw implies that the participant fully accepts the conditions of these legal bases.

 

10. Applicable law

These Bases are subject to legislation Spanish. Any claim related to the draw must be sent in writing to marketing@aparcandgo.com. In the event of a dispute in the application or interpretation of these rules and the absence of an amicable agreement, all litigation will be subject to the courts of the city of Barcelona.
