Travel Tuesday. Raffle for a €1000 trip wherever you choose

We are raffling off a €1,000 travel coupon to be discounted from a trip booked at exoticca.com. It can be applied at any time in 2023. It involves deducting €1,000 from the total trip that is going to be hired in any destination chosen by the winner of the draw. 

To participate you must: follow us on our Instagram account (IG) @aparacandgo_es, Register on our website: https://www.aparcandgo.com/user/sign-up, Give  like the giveaway post on IG, mention 2 friends in the comments of the same post s or relatives with whom you would like to live this adventure  and share the post of the raffle publication in stories. 

You will be able to participate until January 8th and on Monday, January 9th we will announce the winner through our Instagram! 

GIVEAWAY RULES

1. Organizer 

The organizing company is aparca&go S.L (hereinafter aparca&go) with address in Sant Boi de Llobregat Ctra. Valencia Km 4.3 NIF B64932858, more information at www.aparcandgo.com

aparca&go S.L organizes a raffle under its responsibility and in accordance with the rules detailed below. 

2. Requirements to participate 

Only people over 18 years of age with an address in Spain (Peninsula, Canary Islands and Balearic Islands) may participate in this draw. In order to participate, the participant must be the owner of an instagram account with a correct e-mail address through which we will contact in case of being selected as a winner. Aparca&go workers cannot participate in this raffle, their relatives can.

3. Mechanics, prize and dates.

The particular information of the draw, that is, the mechanics, the prize and the dates of completion and communication of the winner, are indicated in the post of the draw itself. 

4. Winner's choice. 

The draw will have a winner selected randomly with the App Giveaway program The winner will be considered the participant who must follow the brand and have tagged two friends in the publication, has given it a "like" ” to the publication, have shared the post in stories, which in turn, also follow aparca&go on their Instagram profile and have registered on the web. The winning person will be the one who comments on the post and will be able to travel with whoever they choose.

aparca&go will contact the winner to obtain the necessary information and be able to manage the prize. By providing their personal data, the winners expressly accept the conditions of the promotions described in these participation rules. 

The same person can participate as many times as they consider necessary, but they will only win if the tagged person is a follower of @aparcandgo_es, is registered in aparcandgo, and meets the rest of the requirements described in the IG publication. Otherwise, we will go to the alternate winning accounts. 

The draw will have a winner and 3 substitutes. If the first account does not meet the requirements, we will move on to the next one and so on. 

5. The Prize

It consists of a  travel coupon to the destination chosen by the client within the amount of the prize of €1000, VAT included contracted at exoticca.com   Once the winner or winner has been selected, we will contact the person to manage the reservations.

The Trip may be exchanged between the end date of the contest 1/01/2023 until spring 12/31/2023. It will be subject to the  availability of places by exoticca and aparca&go. Recommending the reservation in advance to qualify for the amount of money allocated for it.

The trip cannot be made on bridges, or periods of high occupancy in the parking lot, depending at all times on the availability of places and subject to the decision policies of the aparca&go management.  ;

The winner's companion will be chosen by the winner, it is not necessary to be the person tagged in the contest.

The reservation of the same will be adapted to current COVID 19 with total flexibility taking into account the situation of the pandemic, both external and personal. 

6.Notification of winners. 

The communication of the winner/winners will be made by contact via Instagram or by email. Through said communication we will inform ourselves of everything necessary so that the prize can be enjoyed by the winner/winners.

In the event that a winner/winners cannot be contacted within 72 hours of email contact with the winner/winners via Instagram or email address, a contact the next participant in the ranking of selected/winners and substitutes.

7. Data protection 

aparca&go S.L, hereinafter RESPONSIBLE, is responsible for the processing of users' personal data and informs you that this data will be processed in accordance with the provisions of current data protection regulations personal information, Regulation (EU) 2016 / 679 of April 27, 2016 (GDPR) regarding the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and the free circulation of these data. The winner/winners of the draw know and consent to the use of their data by aparca&go during the duration of the draw and until the winner is announced, without ever providing information to a third party under any circumstances, during or after the duration of the draw that is being exposed in these legal bases.  The winners will be invited to provide photos or photographic or video material, related to their experience with aparca&go and Car Service. If you prefer, a parking&go team will be able to record you during your Car Service experience.

8. Other rules of use 

Offensive comments, insults, threats, foul language, degrading content or disqualifications towards other members of the community or towards our products and services, brands or human team will not be allowed. 

Comments with tags to fake profiles will not be valid.

9. Acceptance of the bases 

The mere fact of participating in the contest/draw implies that the participant fully accepts the conditions of these legal bases. 

10. Applicable law 

These Terms are subject to Spanish law. Any claim related to the draw must be sent in writing to marketing@aparcandgo.com  In case of controversy in the application or interpretation of these bases and in In the absence of a friendly agreement, any dispute will be subject to the courts of the city of Barcelona.
