Rules of the draw

1. Organizer

The organizing company is aparca&go, S. L. (hereinafter, aparca&go), with address in Sant Boi de Llobregat (Barcelona), ctra. Valencia, km 4.3 NIF B64932858, more information at www.aparcandgo.com.

aparca&go, S. L. organizes the draw under its responsibility and in accordance with the bases detailed below.

2. Requirements to participate

Only people over 18 years of age residing in Spain (peninsula, Canary Islands and Balearic Islands) may participate in this draw. In order to participate, the participant must be the owner of the Facebook, Twitter or LinkedIn account with which they participate. This account must have a correct e-mail address through which we will contact aparca&go in the event of being selected as the winner. The aparca&go workers cannot participate in this draw, but their relatives can.

3. Mechanics, prize and dates

The particular information of the draw, that is, the mechanics, the prize and the dates of completion and communication of the winner, will be indicated in the post of the draw itself.

4. Election of the 3 winners

The raffle will have 3 winners, randomly selected through a program specialized in online raffles. The winner will be considered the participant who follows aparca&go on social networks (Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn), who likes the post published on any of the aparca&go social network platforms and who tags one or more friends in the publication.

aparca&go will contact the winners to obtain the necessary data and be able to manage the prize. By submitting their personal data, the winners expressly accept the conditions of the promotions described in these participation bases.

The draw will have 3 winners and 3 substitutes. In the event that the first account does not meet the requirements, we will move on to the next one and so on.

5. The Prize

It consists of a summer pack with products for the winner and for his car for the summer. Once the winner is selected, we will contact the person to manage the delivery of the prize. The summer pack will be given to the winner the next time they use the aparca&go services.

6. Communication of the winners

The communication of the winners will be made by contact by direct message (DM) through social networks or email. Through said communication, everything necessary will be reported so that the prize can be enjoyed by the winners.

In the event that a winner cannot be contacted within 72 hours from the contact via direct message through networks or e-mail, the next participant in the ranking of selected and alternates will be contacted.

7. Data protection

aparca&go, S. L., hereinafter, RESPONSIBLE, is RESPONSIBLE for the processing of users' personal data and informs that these data will be processed in accordance with the provisions of current regulations on personal data protection, Regulation (EU) 2016 /679 of April 27, 2016 (GDPR) regarding the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and the free circulation of these data. The winner of the draw knows and consents that the RESPONSIBLE uses their data during the duration of the draw and until the winner is announced without ever providing information to a third party under any circumstances, during or after the duration of the draw that is being exposed in these legal bases. The winners will be invited to provide photos or photographic or video material in relation to their experience with the RESPONSIBLE.

8. Other rules of use

Offensive comments, insults, threats, foul language, degrading content or disqualifications towards other members of the community or towards our products and services, brands or human team will not be accepted.

Comments with labels to false profiles will not be valid.

9. Acceptance of thes bases

The mere fact of participating in the contest/raffle implies that the participant fully accepts the conditions of these legal bases.

10. Applicable law

These bases are subject to Spanish law. Any claim related to the draw must be sent in writing to vagudo@aparcandgo.com. In case of controversy in the application or interpretation of these bases and in the absence of an amicable agreement, all litigation will be subject to the courts of the city of Barcelona.
