Sweepstakes Rules

1. Organizer 

The organizing company is aparca&go S.L (hereinafter aparca&go) with address in Sant Boi de Llobregat Ctra. Valencia Km 4,3 NIF B64932858, more information at www.aparcandgo.com

aparca&go S.L organizes a draw under its responsibility and in accordance with the bases detailed below. 

2. Requirements to participate 

Only people over 18 years of age with an address in Spain (Peninsula, Canary Islands and  Balearic Islands) may participate in this draw. In order to participate, the participant must be the owner of an instagram account with a correct e-mail address through which we will contact you in case of being selected as the winner. Aparca&go workers cannot participate in this draw, yes their relatives.

3. Mechanics, prize and dates.

The particular information of the draw, that is, the mechanics, the prize and the dates of completion and communication of the winner, are indicated in the post of the draw itself. 

4. Choice of the winner. 

The draw will have a randomly selected winner with the Easypormos program. The winner will be considered the participant who must follow the brand and have tagged a friend in the publication, who, in turn, also follows aparca & go on his Instagram profile. Both must be followers of the @aparcandgo account at the time of the draw to enjoy the prize. The winner will be the one who comments on the post and will be able to travel with whoever they choose, they do not have to travel with the person they name, that is a personal decision of the winner. 

park&go will contact  the winner to obtain the necessary data and be able to manage the prize. By submitting their personal data, the winners expressly accept the conditions of the promotions described in these participation bases. 

The same person can participate as many times as they deem necessary, but they will only win if the person tagged is a follower of @aparcandgo. Otherwise, we will go to the alternate winning accounts. 

The draw will have a winner and 3 substitutes. If the first account does not meet the requirements, we will move on to the next one and so on. 

5. The award

It consists of a trip  (parking at aparca&go, plane or train and accommodation) to the destination chosen by the client among the three of the draw, Lisbon, Paris or Ibiza, and the duration of two nights, within the amount of the prize €500, VAT included. Once the winner is selected, we will contact the person to manage the reservations.

The Trip can be exchanged between the end date of the contest 10/08/2021 until spring 03/21/2022 Recommending the reservation in advance to benefit from the amount of money allocated for it.

The trip cannot be made on long weekends, nor during periods of high occupancy in the car park, depending at all times on the availability of spaces and following the decision policies of the parking&go management.  

The winner's companion will be chosen by the winner, it does not have to be the person tagged in the contest.

The reservation will be adapted to current COVID 19 with total flexibility taking into account the situation of the pandemic, both external and personal. 

6.Communication of winners. 

The communication of the winner/winners will be made by contact via Instagram or by email. Through said communication we will inform ourselves of everything necessary so that the prize can be enjoyed by the winner/winners.

In the event that a winner/winners cannot be contacted within 72 hours of email contact with the winner/winners via Instagram or email address, contact the next participant in the ranking of selected / winners and alternates.

7. Data protection 

aparca&go S.L, hereinafter RESPONSIBLE, is responsible for the processing of users' personal data and informs you that these data will be processed in accordance with the provisions of current regulations on data protection personal, Regulation (EU) 2016 / 679 of April 27, 2016 (GDPR) regarding the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and the free circulation of these data. The winner/winners of the raffle know and consent to aparca&go using their data for the duration of the raffle and until the winner is announced, without ever providing information to a third party under any circumstances, during or after the duration of the raffle. is being exposed in these legal bases.  The winners will be invited to provide photos or photographic or video material related to their experience with aparca&go and Car Service. If you prefer, a parking&go team can record you during your Car Service experience.

8. Other rules of use 

Offensive comments, insults, threats, foul language, degrading content or disqualifications towards other members of the community or towards our products and services, brands or human team will not be accepted. 

Comments with tags to fake profiles will not count.

9. Acceptance of the bases 

The mere fact of participating in the contest/raffle implies that the participant fully accepts the conditions of these legal bases. 

10. Applicable law 

These Bases are subject to Spanish legislation. Any claim related to the draw must be sent in writing to lgonzalez@aparcandgo.com  In case of controversy in the application or interpretation of these bases and in the absence of an amicable agreement, all litigation will be subject to the courts of the city of Barcelona.
